Descrição da posição
Estamos em busca de um(a) Account Manager Aéreo para integrar o time da Decolar, com foco na gestão e desenvolvimento de contas de companhias aéreas internacionais, especialmente aquelas de menor porte (long tail), mas com alto potencial de ativação e crescimento além de desenvolvimento de linhas de negócios. Esta posição terá papel estratégico como interface entre o mercado local (Brasil) e a gestão regional, sendo responsável por identificar oportunidades de negócio, impulsionar iniciativas comerciais e garantir a implementação das estratégias junto aos parceiros.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Gerenciar uma carteira de contas aéreas com alto potencial de desenvolvimento.
- Atuar como ponto focal entre companhias aéreas parceiras e equipes internas, tanto no nível local quanto regional.
- Identificar oportunidades de negócio e desenvolver ações comerciais em conjunto com os parceiros.
- Garantir a implementação e o acompanhamento das iniciativas acordadas.
- Estimular o crescimento de vendas e o aumento de passageiros (GB), em colaboração com times internos.
- Realizar visitas a parceiros e liderar discussões estratégicas para geração de valor.
- Trabalhar de forma integrada com outras áreas (ex.: time de hotéis) para desenvolver oportunidades conjuntas, como negociações de tarifas.
- Representar a Decolar no mercado brasileiro, sendo a “cara” da companhia no segmento aéreo.
Requisitos:
- Experiência prévia na indústria aérea, turismo ou agências de viagens (com foco internacional).
- Perfil comercial, com forte capacidade de hunting e desenvolvimento de negócios.
- Experiência em gestão de contas e relacionamento com parceiros estratégicos.
- Conhecimento do mercado de companhias aéreas internacionais (ex.: Delta, Iberia, Aeroméxico, entre outras).
- Vivência em ambientes regionais ou internacionais.
- Habilidades com IA
- Inglês fluente (obrigatório).
- Espanhol avançado.
