We are looking for a Senior BI & Data Analyst.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BI & Data Analyst to drive data‐driven insights, support strategic decision‐making, and collaborate with cross‐functional teams across business and technology.

In this role you will:

• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
• Develop analytical solutions to track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Perform deep‐dive analysis to solve business challenges.
• Map business processes and align data solutions with operations.
• Gather requirements and lead stakeholder workshops.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business users.
• Create business flow diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Perform data profiling, mining, and validation.
• Deliver ad‐hoc analysis and present insights clearly.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and drive data‐driven decision making.

We have some requirements:

• Strong experience in SQL, Data Analysis, Data Mining, and Data Validation.
• Experience with BI & Data Visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or MicroStrategy.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and analytics frameworks.
• Experience with UAT, user stories, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Master's degree (MBA, Information Systems, Computer Science).
• Experience in Life Sciences or Biotechnology.
• Experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
• Experience working with cross‐functional teams (engineering, product, business).
