With over 300+ employees across Eastern Europe and Latin America (including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Uruguay, and Venezuela), we are dedicated to scaling remote software development teams for more than 40 U. ●S. ● -Based enterprises and startups, such as Ripple, Headspace, Carnegie, Flywire, YipitData, Niche, and BellXcel. ●We are looking for a skilled Global Payroll and Compensation Manager to join our Finance team and take ownership of global payroll and compensation operations for employees and contractors. ●This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution while supporting the company’s financial operations in a fully remote, international environment. ●Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end global payroll processes for employees and contractors as part of the Finance function- Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, and other compensation components- Review and validate time-tracking data prior to payroll processing- Coordinate, review, and approve benefits-related requests in collaboration with HR and external providers- Process payroll-related payments via banks and international payment systems- Partner with EOR providers to manage payroll operations across multiple countries- Act as a key Finance team contact for payroll and compensation-related inquiries- Ensure payroll data accuracy, proper documentation, and confidentiality- Support financial reporting by providing payroll-related data and reconciliations- Collaborate closely with Legal, HR, and external partners to improve payroll and compensation processesRequirements- 5+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, or finance-related roles- Proven experience managing payroll for employees and contractors- Solid understanding of payroll processes within a Finance function- Experience working with banks and international payment systems- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy- Good command of English (written and spoken)Nice to Have- Experience working with EOR (Employer of Record) services- Background in EOR and recruitment services- Experience using QuickBooks- Experience supporting payroll in global, remote-first companiesWhat We Offer- Full-time remote role with flexible working arrangements- Opportunity to work in a global, fast-growing environment- Collaboration with international teams and partners- Competitive compensation packageKindly submit your up-to-date CV in English. ●.
