Quality System Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role will lead ISO certification activities, coordinate internal and external audits, and act as the official Management Representative (MR) for ISO certification and compliance. ● Additionally, the position tracks and resolves manufacturing non-conformances by leading failure analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across assembly lines to prevent defect recurrence. ● Finally, the incumbent establishes plant-wide quality training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure engineering teams maintain rigorous process standardization. ●Responsibilities:- Lead implementation and maintenance of ISO Quality Management Systems across all plant functions. ●- Act as Management Representative (MR) for ISO certification, surveillance, and recertification audits. ●- Coordinate ISO audits with certification bodies, consultants, and internal departments. ●- Develop and maintain quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions, procedures, and quality records. ●- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory requirements, and customer requirements. ●- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and process audits. ●- Track audit observations, non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. ●- Conduct management review meetings and prepare system performance reports. ●- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process standardization and system effectiveness. ●- Provide ISO system and audit training to employees across departments. ●- Monitor process compliance in production, warehouse, procurement, HR, maintenance, and administration. ●- Support CAPA implementation, risk assessment, and process improvement activities. ●- Coordinate document control, calibration systems, and record management. ●- Ensure plant readiness for customer audits and regulatory inspections. ●Experience/ Qualifications:- Bachelor''s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field- Minimum 5–8 years'' experience in ISO systems implementation and quality management. ●- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit processes. ●- You must have core exposure to ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation activities- Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably automotive or motorcycle sector. ●- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred. ●- Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor preferred. ●Royal Enfield - About Us:The oldest motorcycle brand in continuous production, Royal Enfield has created beautifully crafted motorcycles since 1901. ● From its British roots, a manufacturing plant was established in Madras in 1955, a foothold from which Royal Enfield spearheaded the growth of India''s middleweight motorcycle segment. ● Royal Enfield is engaging, uncomplicated, accessible and fun to ride;
