About the Role:

We are seeking an AI-savvy Marketing & Outreach Specialist to support the client's organic growth, lead generation, content distribution, and customer engagement initiatives.

This role combines AI-assisted content creation, CRM management, marketing automation, lead research, personalized outreach, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, embraces new technologies, and actively uses AI tools to improve efficiency, increase engagement, and scale marketing efforts.

This person should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, testing new ideas, analyzing results, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, and other digital platforms.
• Repurpose existing content into posts, email campaigns, outreach materials, and marketing assets using AI tools.
• Manage CRM workflows, track campaign performance, and maintain accurate pipeline activity.
• Build and optimize AI-driven workflows and marketing automations.
• Use AI tools, Reddit, online communities, and competitor research to identify content opportunities, research leads, and personalize outreach.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage prospective clients.
• Support organic growth initiatives, audience engagement, and lead generation efforts.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic reach and search visibility.
• Create, edit, and repurpose short-form and long-form video content.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, lead generation, CRM management, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Jasper, HeyGen, or similar platforms.
• Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1–C2 preferred).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

Compensation

• US$1,200–US$1,300 per month (depending on experience).
