Regional Business Leader ( Us & Canada) - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is best suited for a Program Director / Senior Project Director from an EPC background, who can manage multiple projects, build teams. ●Key Responsibilities1. ● Program & Project Delivery (Core)- Lead multiple transmission line projects (EPC or EPC-like) across the US- Take full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance- Build and implement a program-level project management system2. ● Client & Market Engagement- Support key client relationships (TSOs, IOUs, large energy users)- Contribute to project acquisition through technical and delivery credibility- Translate client needs into actionable project execution plans3. ● Team Building & Leadership- Build and lead the US project delivery and engineering team- Drive collaboration between local teams and global HQ (design & technology)- Develop a high-performance, execution-focused culture4. ● Execution & Delivery Excellence- Ensure successful delivery of lighthouse projects in the US market- Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standardsQualifications- Proven experience in EPC companies (power transmission preferred)- Background as Program Director / Project Director / Senior PM managing multiple projects- Strong track record of end-to-end project delivery- Experience working with US utilities (TSO / IOU) is highly preferred- Demonstrated ability to build teams and drive execution- Strong communication skills with client-facing capability.
