Social Media Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● S. ●-based direct-to-consumer (DTC) wellness brand redefining the performance supplement space with innovative products designed for today''s fitness-focused consumers. ● With a strong presence across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other social platforms, we''re building a content-first brand fueled by creativity, community, and creator partnerships. ●They''re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Part-Time Social Media Manager to take ownership of our organic social presence and help scale our brand across multiple platforms. ●Work SchedulePart-Time: Approximately 15 hours per weekFlexible schedule with availability to collaborate during U. ●S. ● business hoursFully RemoteRole OverviewAs our Social Media Manager, you''ll own the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of our social media channels while serving as one of the primary faces of the brand. ● In addition to developing content strategy and managing community engagement, you''ll regularly appear in short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. ● You''ll help bring the brand''s personality to life by creating authentic, engaging, and trend-driven content that resonates with a U. ●S. ● fitness audience. ●This role is ideal for someone who understands U. ●S. ● social media culture, especially within fitness, wellness, and lifestyle communities, and enjoys taking initiative rather than waiting for direction. ●Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. ●Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize organic social content. ●Edit and repurpose short-form video content from existing footage. ●Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with current trends. ●Source, evaluate, and manage UGC creators and influencer partnerships. ●Support the relaunch and ongoing management of our TikTok Shop affiliate program. ●Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages to foster community engagement. ●Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics. ●Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities. ●Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to execute growth initiatives. ●Serve as an on-camera personality for the brand by creating engaging short-form video content. ●Record product demonstrations, trend-based videos, educational content, lifestyle content, and reactive social media content. ●Develop authentic, personality-driven content that aligns with the brand''s voice and appeals to U. ●S. ● fitness consumers. ●Stay comfortable filming independently using a smartphone or camera with minimal production support. ●QualificationsRequired3+ years of experience managing social media for DTC or consumer brands. ●Experience managing U. ●S. ●-facing social media accounts. ●Background in fitness, wellness, supplements, lifestyle, or other consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. ●Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content strategy. ●Excellent written and spoken English. ●Experience creating and maintaining structured content calendars. ●Strong organizational and project management skills. ●Ability to work independently and proactively bring new ideas. ●Experience with community management and audience engagement. ●Comfortable confidently appearing on camera on a regular basis. ●Strong presentation and storytelling skills with a natural, engaging on-camera presence. ●Ability to communicate confidently in fluent English while creating consumer-facing content. ●Experience creating short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, either for a brand or on a personal creator account. ●PreferredExperience with TikTok Shop and affiliate or creator programs. ●Personal interest in fitness, wellness, or gym culture. ●Experience collaborating with influencers and UGC creators. ●Familiarity with Shopify and DTC eCommerce brands. ●Experience using scheduling and project management tools such as Later, Planable, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar. ●What We''re Looking ForWe''re looking for someone who naturally enjoys being on camera and understands how to connect with audiences through authentic storytelling. ● You don''t need to be a professional influencer, but you should feel confident creating engaging videos, speaking directly to the camera, and representing the brand across social media. ●You should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning your work with minimal supervision. ● We''re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building brands through authentic, engaging social content. ●.
