Lawyer - Defendant Counsel

Responsibilities
- Preparation of judicial calculations in indemnity (compensation) claims, contract revision actions, and similar proceedings.
- Drafting pleadings and briefs of high, medium, and low complexity.
- Maintaining/updating internal and client systems.
- Conducting internal audits and client-requested audits.
- Assisting and supervising activities of the department's interns.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed).
- Active OAB membership (6–30 months).
- Experience in all stages of legal proceedings.
- Experience preparing judicial calculations.
- Preferable experience in civil litigation.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
