Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● At Coty, we celebrate and nurture a culture of kindness. ● That’s why we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. ●We believe that beauty lies in diversity and are committed to continuing to build an environment where all talents can thrive. ● We deeply value the unique contributions each individual brings to our team. ● As part of our commitment to inclusion, all profiles are welcome. ●ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive structures that attract, retain, and engage top talent. ●You will act proactively and analytically in the execution and maintenance of solutions, ensuring process optimization, governance, clarity, and effective communication and support for leaders, HRBPs, and employees. ●You will ensure that compensation structures and benefits packages are aligned with the organization’s objectives and market best practices. ●RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the execution of global compensation strategies and processes that drive performance and talent retention; Conduct compensation benchmarking analyses, ensuring alignment with market practices and preparing data results for the team; Partner with HRBPs and management to review and adjust salary structures as needed; Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and processes related to compensation and benefits; Support the creation of communication and training materials for leaders, HRBPs, and employees regarding compensation and benefits practices; Execute the day-to-day operation of comprehensive benefits programs (healthcare, dental, wellbeing, and non-monetary benefits), including vendor and partner management support; Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs, identifying and proposing improvements based on business needs; Monitor healthcare claims ratio (loss ratio), conducting monthly analyses and supporting preventive and corrective actions to optimize costs; Support the verification and compliance of compensation and benefits programs with labor laws and local regulations; Maintain up-to-date compensation and benefits records, databases, and prepare reports for internal and external audits; Assist in the tracking and control of personnel costs, providing data for annual budget preparation, forecasting, monthly reporting, and provisions control; Act as an operational interface with different areas inside and outside HR to support budget execution aligned with planning; Ensure a smooth, secure, and transparent information flow with the team and HRBPs. ●Conduct structural analyses of categories, channels, consumers, and profit pools. ●Support leadership in defining "where to play and how to win" (strategic priorities). ●Translate strategy into clear and executable roadmaps. ●REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields; Solid experience in compensation and benefits analysis or administration within a corporate environment; In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations; Strong analytical skills, with advanced experience in data management, Excel, budgeting support, and process execution; Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders; Strong organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail, and systemic thinking; Availability towork in a hybrid model (2 days per week on-site); Advanced English (mandatory); Advanced Spanish (preferred); High energy, ownership mindset, and transformation-oriented approach. ●.
