Global Compensation Specialist Bimbo Qsr - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We are looking for people who want to be part of this purpose and contribute to a global company that delivers quality food to millions of people every day. ●Grupo Bimbo is the world''s largest baking company, with operations in 39 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. ● Our portfolio includes more than 13,000 products, ranging from breads and sweet baked goods to snacks and tortillas, all developed with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. ●This opportunity is to join Bimbo QSR, one of Grupo Bimbo''s business units specializing in high-quality frozen bakery products. ● Bimbo QSR serves the Food Service, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), and In-Store Bakery segments, providing solutions such as hamburger buns, artisan breads, brioche buns, pretzel buns, potato buns, and multigrain buns for customers across a wide range of markets. ●We are looking for a Global Compensation Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of Bimbo QSR''s global compensation strategy. ● With a global scope, this position will partner with People and Business leaders across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, ensuring that compensation practices are aligned with corporate guidelines, business needs, and the specific requirements of each market. ●ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in salary surveys and conduct market benchmarking analyses. ●Ensure internal equity and gender pay equity. ●Support the implementation of compensation and benefits policies. ●Participate in the annual salary review process and the calculation and payment of variable compensation. ●Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation policies and programs that support talent attraction and retention. ●Provide guidance to internal customers on compensation and benefits matters. ●Support the maintenance of the Group''s organizational structure, including job descriptions, job evaluations, and grading, ensuring alignment with the business model and organizational objectives. ●Position RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ●Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory). ●Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation, using Mercer and/or WTW methodologies. ●Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to compensation. ●Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and presentation skills. ●.
