What you’ll do: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. Manage candidate progression in global systems (Workday or other ATS), from kickoff through to hire. Communicate regularly with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Europe. Monitor timelines and time zone differences, anticipating risks and minimizing scheduling errors. Contribute to improving the experience of candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams by ensuring smooth, professional processes. Support documentation and process tracking, ensuring compliance with standards and consistency in operations. You’ll bring: Experience in coordination, executive assistance, HR support, or customer service/call center roles, with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with global talent systems (ATS, Workday, CRM) or ability to learn quickly. Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
