Planning Coordinator

We’re hiring: Planning Coordinator | Sorocaba, Brazil (100% On-site) At Vertiv , we are looking for a highly motivated Planning Coordinator to join our team in Sorocaba and play a critical role in driving efficiency and performance across our supply chain operations. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing demand planning activities, transforming customer orders and forecast data into accurate material requirements, and ensuring product availability at the right time and quantity. The role also oversees inventory performance and contributes to achieving key business objectives. Location: Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil
Work model: 100% on-site Key Responsibilities
Lead demand planning activities and ensure proper execution of MRP processes
Translate business strategy into operational planning actions
Manage and optimize inventory levels to improve availability and reduce excess
Drive and strengthen a Just-in-Time (JIT) culture
Analyze demand, inventory, and material requirement data, proposing mitigation and improvement plans
Define, monitor, and improve KPIs focused on supply chain performance
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Prepare and present operational and strategic reports to stakeholders ✅ Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
Experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or similar roles
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Advanced English (daily interaction/reporting)
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Solid understanding of supply chain processes Key Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to translate data into actionable insights ⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with VBA, Power Query
