em busca de um Representante de Desenvolvimento de Negócios para atuar na
geração de novas oportunidades comerciais para a Klavi por meio de prospecção
ativa e desenvolvimento de relacionamento com potenciais clientes, contribuindo
para o crescimento da operação comercial e expansão da presença da empresa no
mercado de Open Finance, Dados e Analytics.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
Realizar prospecção ativa de potenciais clientes (outbound), identificando oportunidades alinhadas ao perfil de negócio da Klavi. Desenvolver abordagens consultivas e personalizadas para geração de interesse e qualificação de leads. Conduzir contatos iniciais com decisores e stakeholders estratégicos de empresas-alvo. Qualificar oportunidades comerciais inbound e realizar o direcionamento adequado para o time de vendas. Gerenciar cadências de prospecção, follow-ups e atualização das informações no CRM. Trabalhar em parceria com os times de Marketing e Vendas para otimizar estratégias de geração de demanda e conversão. Desenvolver conhecimento contínuo sobre Open Finance, Dados, Analytics e Soluções da Klavi. Acompanhar tendências de mercado e movimentos relevantes do ecossistema financeiro e de tecnologia.Requisitos e qualificações
Experiência prévia em prospecção ativa (outbound sales), preferencialmente em posições de SDR, BDR ou funções comerciais B2B. Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. Capacidade de desenvolver relacionamento e gerar interesse junto a diferentes perfis de clientes. Organização e disciplina para gestão de pipeline, atividades de prospecção e follow-ups. Perfil orientado a resultados, com resiliência e capacidade de lidar com objeções. Disponibilidade para trabalhar em modelo híbrido (3 vezes por semana no escritório) em São Paulo (Av.
