Legal Counsel (M/F/D) - Detalhes da Vaga. ● YOUR TASKS:Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate all types of contracts with clients and suppliers such as complex contracts of turbine supply and installation, EPC, and wind farm operation and maintenance. ●Claim Management: Provide continuous legal support to the Project Management, Operations, Services, and Procurement areas for both preparation and review of claims and responses to claims from agreements with customers and suppliers in South American countries. ●Risk Assessment: Elaborate contractual and commercial risk assessments and reports related to contract signature and present and explain said reports to the management for approval. ●Legislation Changes Control: Provide legal support on issues related to changes in legislation and regulation of the renewable energy sector in the different countries of Latin America and their impacts on our operations. ●External Counsel Management: Coordinate and manage external law firms regarding local support in the different countries of Latin America. ●YOUR PROFILE:Qualification: Law DegreeComplementary Training: Master’s degree in law and Negotiation. ●Profile: Assertive professional, with good negotiation skills and able to work in a team and under pressure. ●Professional with critical thinking, capable of making clear, impartial, and well-justified judgments, and with oral and written communication skills. ●Professional with integrity, able to build and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships within the team and with support areas. ●Native or advanced professional English skills. ●Native or advanced professional Portuguese language skills. ●Around 7 years’ experience, of which 3 are in the energy or construction sector. ●Experience in a transnational company in the energy sector or in a first-level top-tier law firm. ●Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Sale and Purchase Agreements, Services and Maintenance Agreements, EPC, BoP. ●Experience in autonomously handling the legal aspects of transactions from start to finish. ●Availability to travel. ●YOUR BENEFITS:In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:At Nordex, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. ● As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applicants of all genders, ethnicities, ages, religions, and backgrounds to apply for our open positions. ●ABOUT THE NORDEX GROUPThe manufacture of wind energy plants in the on-shore segment has been our core competence and passion for around 35 years. ● With more than 52GW installed capacity worldwide, our turbines supply sustainable energy to more than 80% of the global energy market, and we are one of the largest companies in the wind industry. ●We are growing and together driving forward the expansion of alternative energies worldwide - if you wish, from now on with you. ● Join the #TeamNordexWe look forward to receiving your application!
