Therapeutic Specialist - São Paulo, North & Northeast

Gilead Sciences seeks a Therapeutic Specialist to promote HIV treatment and prevention products across São Paulo and Northeast Brazil. The role combines scientific knowledge with commercial expertise to drive sales, build strategic healthcare partnerships, and ensure appropriate therapy adoption in assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Achieve territory coverage targets, visit frequency goals, and sales results consistently
- Represent company products to healthcare professionals and strategic accounts
- Develop and execute territorial business plan with defined priorities and objectives
- Monitor commercial performance, implement action plans, and track key performance indicators
- Build and expand strategic relationships with physicians, institutions, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant life science or healthcare field
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of HIV therapeutic area, disease pathology, and product portfolio
- Familiarity with Brazilian healthcare system (SUS) and administrative processes
- Understanding of pharmaceutical market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to discuss therapeutic protocols with clinical considerations
