About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Experience Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of Riskified's global digital experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, technology, and creating exceptional web experiences.

Working closely with the Digital Experience Manager, you'll help maintain our seven multilingual websites, publish content, coordinate website updates, and ensure our digital properties remain accurate, consistent, and optimized.

What You'll Be Doing:

Website Management

• Publish and update content in WordPress across seven multilingual websites.
• Build and format landing pages using existing page templates and components.
• Maintain page layouts, navigation, and website content.
• Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and follows brand guidelines.
• Coordinate multilingual content updates with translation teams.
• Perform routine website quality assurance (QA) before pages go live.

Digital Operations

• Execute recurring website requests from global and regional Marketing stakeholders.
• Support marketing campaign launches by publishing webpages, lead generation forms, banners, and CTAs.
• Update resource libraries, blog posts, events, webinars, and customer stories.
• Manage redirects, SEO metadata, and content housekeeping.
• Help maintain website documentation and processes.
• Monitor website health and report issues to the development team.

Quality Assurance

• Test webpages across devices and browsers.
• Check links, images, forms, and page functionality.
• Review pages for accessibility and content quality.
• Ensure multilingual sites remain synchronized after updates.

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, Content, and Web Development.
• Coordinate website requests and track progress.
• Help improve operational workflows and identify opportunities for automation.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience working with websites or digital marketing.
• Fluency speaking and writing in English required.
• Experience using WordPress CMS.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Excellent organizational skills required.
• Familiar with basic SEO principles required.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities. 
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools required.
• Experience working with multilingual websites.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience with AEO/GEO 
• Familiarity with project management tools, including Jira, AirTable, Asana, or Monday.com .
• Experience working directly with web developers
• Experience working with Figma 
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity.
• Experience working with marketing automation or CRM platforms.
