Empresa em início de estruturação de máquina de vendas busca profissionais BDR com experiência sólida em prospecção ativa e geração de oportunidades qualificadas. O objetivo é integrar talentos que tragam resultados, contribuam com estratégias comerciais e façam a diferença na construção do processo. Responsabilidades: Realizar prospecção ativa de clientes B2B
Qualificar leads com base em critérios estratégicos
Conduzir conversas consultivas para identificar necessidades e oportunidades
Agendar reuniões para a equipe de vendas com leads qualificados
Utilizar CRM para organização e acompanhamento das interações
REQUISITOS DA VAGA
Experiência comprovada como BDR ou SDR
Perfil comercial com foco em metas e resultados
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
Organização e disciplina no uso de CRM
