Jornada de trabalho: Jornada: 07h00 às 17h00, segunda a sexta Benefícios: Vale alimentação, Vale refeição, Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Combustível , Plano de saúde, Seguro de Vida em Grupo Responsabilidades da posição: Atuar como gerador e qualificador de oportunidades de negócio no segmento industrial, por meio de prospecção ativa estruturada, entregando SQLs de alta qualidade ao Vendedor Técnico Externo (Closer) e garantindo que o funil comercial reflita a estratégia da empresa.
Principais responsabilidades
Prospecção ativa: pesquisar e abordar ativamente empresas industriais prioritárias, utilizando telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn e bases públicas/sites institucionais.
Mapeamento de decisores: identificar e registrar decisores técnicos, influenciadores e áreas envolvidas (engenharia, manutenção, projetos, suprimentos técnicos).
Conversa inicial e qualificação: conduzir a primeira conversa de forma objetiva, identificando tipo de demanda, momento, criticidade e ambiente decisório; aplicar roteiro de qualificação para avaliar tipo de serviço, complexidade técnica, risco, momento (emergencial, planejado, futuro) e viabilidade econômica inicial.
Lead scoring e classificação: Pontuar leads de acordo com critérios objetivos e classificar em FIT, SEMI-FIT e BAD FIT; Definir como SQL apenas leads com dor clara, contexto definido e potencial real de negócio, evitando avanço de cotações genéricas ou “curiosidade de preço”.
Transferência para vendas: Entregar SQLs ao Vendedor Externo com histórico completo, pontos de atenção, riscos percebidos e sugestões de abordagem.
Gestão de informações e governança: Registrar interações no CRM/planilha no mesmo dia, refletindo fielmente estágio da negociação, compromissos assumidos e próximos passos;
Apoiar a organização da carteira e participar de rituais de alinhamento com o time comercial e gestão. Requisitos obrigatórios para a posição: Escolaridade: ensino médio completo; desejável conhecimento anterior no setor industrial.
Experiência prévia em BDR, SDR, inside sales ou assistente de vendas B2B.
Familiaridade com CRM ou controle estruturado de pipeline em planilhas.
Capacidade de leitura básica de contexto industrial; vivência em ambiente industrial ou correlato é fortemente desejável.
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com desenvoltura para prospecção ativa e formulação de perguntas qualificadoras.
