We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support our client's data-driven decision-making across their marketing organization while helping execute and optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on, operational mindset and enjoys turning insights into action.
You will analyze marketing, sales, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps, then help activate campaigns that improve engagement, retention, and revenue. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to manage marketing processes, support CRM and data migration initiatives, build audience segments, and optimize email and SMS campaigns.
The ideal candidate has experience working with HubSpot, Shopify, and Zapier, understands marketing operations and customer lifecycle marketing, and is excited to help scale marketing systems and processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Marketing Analytics & Insights
- Analyze marketing, sales, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement across multiple channels.
- Evaluate content performance to determine what resonates with audiences and what can be improved.
- Track key marketing metrics including conversion rates, customer retention, lifetime value, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Translate data findings into recommendations that improve marketing performance and business outcomes.
- Help build, launch, and optimize email and SMS automation campaigns.
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including welcome flows, nurture campaigns, post-purchase sequences, win-back programs, and customer retention efforts.
- Create and maintain audience segmentation strategies based on customer behavior and engagement data.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on results.
- Assist with testing and continuous improvement of marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing logistics, workflows, and operational processes.
- Manage and maintain marketing data accuracy across platforms and systems.
- Assist with CRM data migration, cleanup, organization, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure customer and marketing data remain synchronized across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing processes and automation.
- Work within HubSpot to manage contacts, lists, workflows, and reporting.
- Utilize Zapier to support integrations and automate business processes.
- Support Shopify data management and reporting initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining data integrity across marketing and sales platforms.
- Help optimize marketing technology infrastructure and workflows.
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, CRM Management, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot
- Shopify
- Zapier
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing and sales data.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience activating and managing marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting CRM data migration, data cleanup, or data management initiatives.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and audience segmentation.
- Ability to identify content performance trends and engagement opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be located in Latam.
- Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Attentive.
- Experience with e-commerce businesses and customer retention strategies.
- Familiarity with attribution models and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Experience building dashboards and marketing reports.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing best practices.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools and integrations.
- Exposure to paid media reporting and performance analysis.
- Basic SQL, data visualization, or business intelligence experience.
- Experience in the beauty industry.
- Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
- Vacation: 10 business days a year
