Operations Analyst | Offshore

###### About the job As Operations Analyst/Assistant | Offshore you will be responsible for automation of all allocations and end of the day closing process (allocation, Confirmation and reconciliation) more efficient and scalable. **Main activities will include:**

• Management of projects.
• Great interaction with Clearing houses, desk and clients.
• Allocation of equities, options and future trading activity.
• Margin notifications and trade adjustments.
• End of the day firm account balancing.
• Assist with the allocation of the Prime Brokerage clients.
• Foreign exchange trade away booking process.
• Trade affirmation and confirmation process through CTM.
• Other operational routines.
• Allocation and Send confirmation to clients.
• Understanding on the settlement process.
• Work closely with the different operation’s teams.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Thrive in a business who is fast to adapt its priorities.
• Proficient in excel and macros.
• Strong, relevant regulatory background with a minimum of 1-year accounting/accounts receivables/payables or industry experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and credibility.
• The ability to work very effectively within an organization and communicate with junior and senior business and operations personnel.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent ability to create flows and controls.
