Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce / Crm - Detalhes da Vaga. ● As part of the Stefanini Group, we combine global reach with strong regional expertise to build agile, collaborative, and high-performing technology teams. ● Our professionals work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance. ●About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong CRM experience to support the analysis and improvement of enterprise customer management solutions. ●You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation. ● You will contribute throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and backlog refinement to testing, implementation, and user adoption. ●Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. ● Candidates with strong experience in other enterprise CRM platforms, particularly within banking or financial services, may also be considered. ●Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. ●- Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements workshops. ●- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. ●- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and functional specifications. ●- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, testable, and aligned with business objectives. ●- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA professionals, and business stakeholders. ●- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies. ●- Clarify functional requirements throughout the development lifecycle. ●- Support functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. ●- Define test scenarios, validate delivered functionality, and support defect analysis and resolution. ●- Maintain documentation of requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, and system behavior. ●- Support implementation, training, change management, and user adoption. ●- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, customer journeys, data quality, and user experience. ●Requirements- Approximately 4 to 6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar requirements-focused role. ●- Experience working with CRM platforms or CRM-related business processes. ●- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements. ●- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, workflows, and functional documentation. ●- Experience facilitating meetings and requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders. ●- Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum. ●- Experience participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative software delivery. ●- Experience collaborating with product owners, developers, QA professionals, and business stakeholders. ●- Experience supporting functional testing or user acceptance testing. ●- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. ●- Advanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings and prepare professional documentation. ●Nice to Have- Professional experience working with Salesforce. ●- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. ●- Experience with CRM platforms in banking, fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry. ●- Knowledge of SQL, data validation, data modeling, or data analysis. ●- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile collaboration tools. ●- Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or related certification. ●- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. ●Why Join Us?- Work remotely as part of a collaborative and cross-functional technology environment. ●- Contribute to enterprise CRM and digital transformation initiatives. ●- Strengthen your experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce, and Agile delivery. ●.
