Senior Internal Talent Advisor - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This position serves as a strategic liaison between our Client and Randstad, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities. ● The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles. ●Location: BrazilWork Type: RemoteFunction: Strategic recruitment operations and client engagementKey Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services. ●Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations. ●Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team (the pod), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met. ●Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes. ●Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction. ●Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner. ●Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition. ●Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms (e. ●G. ●, Randstad, Adecco, Manpower), especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles. ●Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients. ●Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). ●Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence. ●Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions. ●Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery. ●.
