Buscamo um apresentador de Lives, que irá conduzir transmissões ao vivo com foco em vendas, representando as marcas parceiras da StarLive e transformando audiência em GMV. O Live Seller será a ponte entre produto e consumidor, combinando carisma, técnica comercial e leitura estratégica do público em tempo real.
Responsabilidades
1. Condução de Lives
- Apresentar produtos de forma clara, estratégica e persuasiva
- Demonstrar benefícios, diferenciais e aplicações práticas
- Manter ritmo, energia e fluidez durante toda a transmissão
- Adaptar abordagem conforme reação da audiência
2. Conversão e Performance
- Criar senso de urgência durante ofertas e promoções
- Trabalhar metas de venda por produto e por live
- Estimular interação e direcionar audiência para a compra
- Aproveitar momentos de pico para reforçar call to action
- Ajustar abordagem com base em performance
3. Engajamento & Comunidade
- Interagir com o público no chat
- Responder dúvidas com clareza e agilidade
- Estimular comentários, curtidas e compartilhamentos
- Construir conexão recorrente com a audiência
- Transformar espectadores em comunidade fiel
