Project Manager Sênior | Oracle - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Atuar como ponto focal entre time técnico, usuários-chave e stakeholders, garantindo aderência de escopo, prazo, qualidade e custo. ●Endereçar impactos da Reforma Tributária brasileira nas operações de compras e suprimentos. ●Gerir riscos, dependências, comunicação executiva e governança do projeto. ●HABILIDADES E EXPERIÊNCIAS ESSENCIAIS:Experiência sênior em gestão de projetos com foco no processo de P2P (Procure-to-Pay) . ●Conhecimento dos impactos da Reforma Tributária brasileira nos processos de compras, suprimentos e contas a pagar. ●Espanhol fluente para comunicação com stakeholders. ●Inglês desejável para leitura de documentação e interações pontuais. ●Conhecimento prático do módulo Oracle PO (Purchasing) suficiente para dialogar com o time técnico e validar entregas. ●DIFERENCIAIS QUE VALORIZAMOS:Certificações em gestão de projetos (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ou equivalentes). ●Experiência prévia em projetos de implementação de Oracle Cloud ERP. ●Vivência em projetos multinacionais ou multi-país (especialmente LATAM). ●Conhecimento de metodologias híbridas (waterfall + ágil) aplicadas a projetos de ERP. ●.
