You will be responsible for:Working with product, marketing, and other teams to plan and execute cross-functional initiatives that drive creator success and platform growthDeveloping and testing new strategies based on data-driven insights and first principles thinking, with a focus on monetization, payments, and GTM executionSupporting the implementation of your recommendations across the organization, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive executionReporting and presenting your outcomes and learnings to various stakeholders, including senior leadership. You will have a high degree of autonomy over your analyses and workstreams, working closely with teams across Teachable and Hotmart to help drive growth and innovation in the creator economy.What you'll need?Relevant experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, finance, or a similar analytical roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and first principles thinking to drive decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience contributing to and coordinating cross-functional projects from start to finishFamiliarity with SaaS, creator platforms, or fintech is a plusA growth mindset and a passion for learning every day and building in a fast-moving environmentAdvanced spoken and written English skills.Join us!At Teachable, we empower creators to build and monetize their knowledge.
