Accountabilities: - Lead, develop, mentor, and empower software engineering teams, fostering a high-performance environment focused on delivery quality, team well-being, collaboration, and sustainable growth. - Provide technical direction by applying strong software engineering expertise, contributing to architecture discussions, understanding system responsibilities and integrations, and guiding the team toward scalable and sustainable solutions. - Support platform strategy by directing the development of reusable and scalable solutions that can serve multiple products and contribute to long-term technology evolution. - Promote operational excellence by ensuring the team maintains effective monitoring, operation, maintenance, and reliability practices for its products and systems.
