Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Tech Recruiter Freelancer Sênior para atuar em processos seletivos de tecnologia, conduzindo o ciclo completo de recrutamento para posições estratégicas e técnicas. Procuramos alguém com olhar consultivo, boa capacidade de alinhamento com clientes e experiência em busca ativa de talentos tech.
Entre as responsabilidades, estão:
- Conduzir reuniões de briefing com clientes para alinhamento de escopo, perfil técnico e expectativas da vaga;
- Estruturar estratégias de sourcing e hunting para posições de tecnologia;
- Realizar triagem, entrevistas e elaboração de pareceres de candidatos;
- Atuar com busca ativa em plataformas como LinkedIn, GitHub e comunidades técnicas;
- Gerenciar etapas, prazos e comunicação com clientes e candidatos;
- Garantir organização e atualização dos processos no ATS da trampos;
- Trabalhar em parceria com stakeholders internos e clientes, mantendo uma atuação consultiva ao longo do processo seletivo;
- Apoiar negociações e alinhamentos relacionados ao processo de contratação.
Requisitos
- Experiência sólida com recrutamento e seleção de vagas de tecnologia;
- Vivência com hunting e busca ativa de perfis tech;
- Conhecimento sobre diferentes stacks, estruturas de times e cargos de tecnologia;
- Experiência com entrevistas por competências e elaboração de pareceres;
- Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas vagas simultaneamente;
- Boa comunicação escrita e verbal para interação com clientes e candidatos;
- Organização para gestão de processos, prazos e documentação;
- Familiaridade com ATS e ferramentas de recrutamento.
Desejável
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado;
- Experiência recrutando para startups, empresas SaaS ou squads de produto e tecnologia;
- Conhecimento em plataformas e comunidades técnicas além do LinkedIn;
- Vivência com métricas de recrutamento, como time to hire e conversão de funil;
- Experiência prévia em consultorias de recrutamento ou modelos freelancer.
