have 60+ Data team members in our Investor business who build, create and maintain our data products, and we are looking to further expand the team to continue to increase our product portfolio. ● products end-to-end driving product success by delivering best-in-class outputs with a focus on accuracy, client value, and efficiency. ● Youll ramp quickly into full ownership of your products and workflows, operating with minimal oversight. ●Work with massive amounts of data to answer our clients key questions about the companies and datasets we analyze. ● Youll develop deep expertise in our proprietary methods and techniques, building strong mental models that allow you to ensure data accuracy, identify methodology gaps, and derive key insights. ●Tackle complex data problems independently, using strong analytical judgment to refine methodologies, test new datasets, and solve challenges that require innovative thinking even when information is incomplete or ambiguous. ●Use AI and tooling to drive meaningful leverage significantly increasing speed, reducing manual work, and beginning to automate portions of workflows. ● Youll standardize best practices and build repeatable processes, always maintaining a high bar for correctness and quality while validating AI-generated outputs. ●Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Engineering, and other teams coordinating across functions to unblock work, align on best practices, and develop technical solutions that streamline workflows, optimize data processes, and push the boundaries of automation. ●Identify and drive improvements to products and data pipelines, contributing ideas for new products, enhancements, and features. ● This could include developing new methodologies, exploring and scaling the use of new third-party datasets, or improving product profitability all with a clear understanding of what drives value for clients. ●You Are Likely To Succeed If:You have 45+ years of experience in data, business, or predictive analytics and are proficient in SQL, Python, and PySparkYou have a proven track record of quickly learning new concepts, particularly complex data methodologies, and building strong mental models of how and why data worksYou actively use AI tools (e. ●G. ●, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to accelerate your work and are excited about using AI to drive leverage not just productivity, but fundamentally better and faster ways of workingYou can clearly communicate complex concepts including methodology, risks, and tradeoffs both orally and in writingYou have a strong ownership mentality and are enthusiastic about making a big impact at a rapidly growing companyYou can manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions with incomplete informationYou have experience using sample or panel data to make precise estimates that guide decision-makingYou have a background in financial markets or are
