Wanted: Creative Strategist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Our mission is to improve the quality of life for women going through menopause by solving real, everyday challengesweight gain, hot flashes, insomnia, mood shifts, and more. ●Were looking for a Creative Strategist with strong persuasive advertising and copywriting expertise to own the ideation and messaging that drives performance. ● Youll turn customer insights, performance data, and market awareness into high-converting creative angles, scripts, and messaging systems that scale. ●ResponsibilitiesCreative StrategyContribute to the development of creative strategy for paid social, grounded in direct-response principlesTranslate performance data, customer research, and competitive insights into effective copy frameworks and anglesSupport the creation of ad concepts and scalable creative approachesParticipate in brainstorming and help shape a testing roadmap of angles, messages, and formats based on clear hypothesesHelp maintain creative standards to ensure consistent brand voice and persuasive quality across ads, landing pages, and funnelsPerformance & Media Buying IntegrationUse platform learnings and audience behavior to shape creative testing and copy direction. ●Build feedback loops so creative evolves weekly based on performance data across adsAI & Creative InnovationExperience leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative research and performance testing. ●Proven ability to prepare structured briefs and prompts for AI-generated ad creatives (scripts, hooks, visuals, UGC-style ads). ●QualificationsExperience in creative strategy, performance creative, or e-commerce marketing. ●Hands-on experience with direct-response copywritingDirect experience with womens wellness, supplements, or health-related products strongly preferred. ●Proven ability to prepare structured briefs/prompts for AI-generated ad creatives (e. ●G. ●, scripts, hooks, visuals, UGC-style ads). ●Strong portfolio of paid social creative with proven ROI. ●Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. ●Working hours6am - 2pm EST (Monday - Friday)Fully-remoteCompensation$3,500 to $5,000/monthIf you think you might be a good fit, please apply. ●.
