What youll do

• Install, maintain, and repair LED lighting systems and components to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
• Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance routines to ensure system stability and safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with LED systems efficiently, applying solid electrical knowledge and technical analysis.
• Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to guide installations and repairs accurately.
• Support the design and implementation of new LED lighting installations and upgrades when required
• Keep detailed documentation of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Who were looking for

• Native (or fluent) Portuguese speaker and comfortable operating in English at a B2 level or above.
• High school diploma (or equivalent); technical certification or prior training in electrical systems or LED technology is a plus.
• Proven experience as an LED Technician or similar electrical maintenance role, with solid understanding of LED and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and specifications.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments; able to carry out installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks reliably.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, good problem-solving skills and capacity to work well with teammates.
