Vice President of Product

to lead our digital platform product teams, ensuring they consistently deliver high-quality, measurable outcomes for our customers and the business. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for the performance of 10 product teams, leading a group of Product Managers across levels, and working closely with Product Directors, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders. This role is focused on execution, outcomes, and team performance translating strategy into clear priorities, ensuring delivery is on track, and holding teams accountable for impact. What youll do

Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, creating a high-performing environment built on autonomy, accountability, and coaching

Own delivery and outcomes across 10 product teams, from discovery through to value realisation

Translate product strategy into clear priorities, plans, and measurable outcomes for your area

Make and guide prioritisation decisions, ensuring teams focus on the highest-impact work

Partner with Product Directors to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and maintain a coherent experience across domains

Establish clear ways of working, governance, and planning processes that enable teams to deliver effectively

Monitor progress closely, stepping in where needed to keep delivery on track without becoming abottle neck

Work with Design and Engineering to ensure solutions balance customer experience, technical constraints, and speed to value

Optimise delivery across teams by managing dependencies, sequencing work, and driving consistency

Drive continuous improvement in how teams operate, including the adoption of AI and tooling

What success looks like

On-time, predictable delivery: The majority of committed work is delivered within agreed timelines and acceptable variance

Achievement of business outcomes: Product initiatives meet defined objectives and deliver measurable value

High-quality execution: Work delivered is accurate, well-defined, and aligned to customer and business needs

Strong team performance: Product teams are engaged, effective, and continuously improving

Increased efficiency: Ongoing improvements in speed, quality, and productivity across teams

What were looking for

Proven experience leading multiple product teams in a complex environment

Strong product judgement, with the ability to prioritise effectively and make clear trade-offs

Experience translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels

A leadership style that balances autonomy and accountability, with a focus on coaching and development

Commercial awareness, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact

Solid understanding of how product, design, and engineering come together to deliver high-quality experiences
