Job Description: General Accounting Analyst (São Paulo Office)

Position Objective: We are looking for an experienced

General Accounting Analyst

to support monthly closings, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and compliance with both local accounting regulations (BRGAAP) and international standards (IFRS). This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of financial data and supporting audits in a multinational OEM environment.

Key Responsibilities: Perform monthly and annual accounting closings, including journal entries, reclassifications, accruals, and account analysis. Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Draft and review financial statements in accordance with BRGAAP. Provide support for internal and external audits by delivering documentation, account justifications, and analysis. Maintain fixed asset records, including capitalization, depreciation, and write-offs. Collaborate with the tax team to ensure accurate postings and compliance with ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (automation, ERP optimization, internal controls). Work in close collaboration with Treasury, Tax, Cost and Controlling.

Technical Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting. At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in industrial or multinational companies. Strong knowledge of Brazilian GAAP and familiarity with IFRS reporting. Proficiency in ERP system Totvs/Protheus. Advanced Excel skills. Intermediate English. Experience in audit support and financial reporting.
