The Opportunity We’re looking for an

Accounting Analyst

to join our Brazil finance team in Blumenau. This is a high-impact role where you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full accounting cycle while helping strengthen financial processes and reporting. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do Manage core accounting operations, including: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing processes Support and execute

monthly close activities Prepare and deliver financial reports to global stakeholders Partner with external accounting providers to support local compliance Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across the business Identify opportunities to

improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy

What You Bring Required Experience Experience in accounting roles with exposure to: AP / AR / Billing Monthly close processes Knowledge of

IFRS or US GAAP

principles Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Proficiency in

Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365

Language Skills Portuguese: Fluent English: Conversational (able to participate in meetings and communicate with global teams)
