Project Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role will interface with clients such as TIM, Claro, and Vivo, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and contractual obligations. ●Key Responsibilities- Support the structuring and maintenance of the project portfolio aligned with the company''s strategic goals- Monitor execution of project schedules, scope, cost, and risk, especially for network deployment projects (RAN, IP, DWDM, Microwave, etc)- Develop executive dashboards and performance reports (KPIs) for internal management and external clients- Standardize and control technical project documentation (MoP, LLD, HLD, acceptance packages), ensuring proper version control and traceability- Participate in project follow-up meetings with clients and internal stakeholders (engineering, logistics, finance, and operations)- Assist in contract management and milestone tracking to ensure accurate billing and deliverable compliance- Promote best practices and methodologies in project management (PMBOK, PMI, Agile, PRINCE2 as applicable)- Contribute to lessons learned documentation and support the continuous improvement of project processesRequirement- Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications, IT or related field- Experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably within telecom or tech companie- Strong understanding of project management tools, schedule control, and executive reportin- Previous experience working in multicultural environments or with Chinese organizations is a plus. ●- Advanced English is mandator- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, Jira/Confluenc- Desirable certifications: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Scrum Maste. ●Behavioral Competencies- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodicaly. ●- Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative minds- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. ●- Initiative and ownership over assigned responsibilities. ●Differentials- Hands-on experience with field operations, network rollout or swap projects. ●- Familiarity with Anatel regulations and telecom compliance framework. ●- Prior knowledge of telecom vendors ecosystem and operational model in Brazil- MBA or equivalent degree in Project Management. ●.
