Product Control Specialist

Product Control Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Job Responsibilities:Responsible for Product Control activities related to trading operations, especially Treasury products. ●- Perform daily reconciliation of trading P&L, ensuring the accuracy of reported numbers; - Produce detailed analyses for validation, explanation, and reporting of P&L to trading desks; - Conduct daily reconciliations of trading books with accounting balances, identifying discrepancies and promoting necessary adjustments; - Continuously monitor trading activities and their adherence to trading book records; - Manage the Independent Price Verification (IPV) process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices; - Prepare and coordinate monthly closing reports, including information packages for internal and external audits; - Conduct analyses for control and governance purposes, including ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of internal controls, identification of gaps, and proposals for improvements; Actively collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and product teams, as well as technology teams, to evolve and improve the data architecture and P&L control systems. ●Qualifications:- Advanced English is required; - Solid knowledgeof financial market products, including: (i) Derivatives: Swaps NDFs, Futuros; (ii) Fixed income: public and private bonds; (iii) Treasury productsand structured instruments; (iv) hedging strategies, including basic principles of hedge accounting. ●- Proven experience in management and control of P&L and reconciliation of trading positions with corporate accounting; - Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA; - Analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail; - Clear and objectivecommunication. ●Benefits:Health and life insurance; Meal and Food allowance; Transportation assistance; Gympass partnership. ●Ourpositions are open to all, regardless of their human characteristics or conditions regarding ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, accessibility, cultural, social, or any other factor. ● Will always be open to people with disabilities, as well. ●.
