O&M Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Coordinate and oversee both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including fault handling, troubleshooting, and technical upgrades, aiming to minimize downtime and improve performance. ●Manage day-to-day O&M operations, including resource planning, team supervision, and inventory control, ensuring timely execution and compliance with safety standards. ●Act as a key liaison between the site team and group headquarters, ensuring effective communication, timely reporting of faults, and alignment with company policies. ●Maintain and update maintenance records, project documentation, and regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. ●II Skill Requirements1. ●College degree or above,2. ● Electrical automation, mechanical design and manufacturing, and science and engineering majors are preferred. ●3. ● GWO certificate holder or qualified certificate recognized by local regulations; 4. ● Familiar with knowledge of WTG and SCADA, capable of handling common faults. ● 2 years of O&M experience are preferred. ●5. ● Have a certain level of English proficiency and be able to communicate and work in English. ●.
