Change Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We walk alongside our clients and partners, embedding innovation and agility into everything they do. ● We help them create transformative experiences and human-centered solutions for a better world. ●UST is a mission-driven group of over 39,000+ practical problem solvers and creative thinkers in over 30+ countries. ● Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live. ● With us, youll create a boundless impact that transforms your careerand the lives of people across the world. ●Visit us at UST. ●ComWere looking for a Change Manager to lead organizational transformation by enabling positive changes in processes and protocols through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring. ● This role is key to ensuring a seamless transition into new systems that maximize efficiency. ● We are seeking a people-oriented leader(empathetic, supportive, and nurturing) who can guide employees at all levels to adapt to and embrace change with confidence. ●Duration: 9 months Responsibilities:Plan, implement and supervise organisational changesPerform key roles in the change management process, which include strategizing to reduce expenses, boost revenue and amplify efficiency. ●Continuously evaluate every step of the change processes and protocols of the proposed changes and find solutions to bridge the gaps in these systemsEnsure that the training plans guarantee a smooth transition into the new strategyAs a change management lead, track the progress of the new changes and report them to senior business heads and stakeholders. ●Deal with resistance from employees and staff members by anticipating the tension while developing the proposed changes. ●Required Skills/Qualifications:Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or a related field of studyEnglish Advanced (B2-C1)+8 years of experiencePrior experience working as a change manager or in a similar role is required. ●Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools. ●Experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. ●Preferred skills and qualificationsMasters degree in human resources, business administration or a similar fieldIntermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable). ●CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certificationExperience in monitoring change management protocols, from start to finish. ●Hands-on experience in leading implementation projects from planning to execution. ●Nice to have- Experience with Kronos. ● !UST in awaiting for you!.
