AbbVie seeks a Patient Engagement & Experience Specialist to translate customer experience insights into actionable improvement plans and lead patient-centered initiatives across brand and organizational functions. The role involves data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and connecting patient experience metrics to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Translate CX diagnostics into structured improvement plans and implement solutions
- Contribute to brand strategy development and patient journey impact as part of Brand Team
- Map processes, identify opportunities, and lead improvement initiatives
- Plan and facilitate tactical and executive meetings to drive engagement and decision-making
- Analyze data and produce reports linking experience metrics to business performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Administration, Communication, or related field
- Experience with patient support programs and customer experience (CX) management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with metrics, processes, and KPIs
- Ability to build and deliver executive presentations
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience in highly cross-functional and strategic environments
