National Sales Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The Country Manager will play a pivotal role in company’s growth and establishing/deepening/growing its operations in the Region. ●Motivate him/herself to use his/her experience to deliver world-class sales and customer experience. ●ERBA moves at high speed and this role will provide immense opportunities for leadership, accountability and autonomy. ●The role is part of an international team of motivated and talented people on a mission to be key players in the future of IVD industry in emerging markets. ●Responsibilities:Manage every aspect of Erba’s operation in-countryRecruit the very best partners/distributors in this new marketUpon reaching sales objectives, recruit top sales and service talentsDevelop, coach, motivate, support and lead this team to perform at optimal levels consistently and by example. ●Negotiate with vendors and service providers needed for local business operation Collaborate with local partner-businesses to acquire all necessary resources and servicesManages the interrelated department deliverables with team approach (Supply Chain, Product Management, Quality)Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possibleWith Corporate marketing, develop marketing and production content with local expertise Collaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out the product linesBecome a student of the culture, remaining aware of customs and manners alwaysSynthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and developmentNetwork effectively with local clients, partners and develop strong professional relationshipsWork to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintainedAdapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identityMentor direct reports, especially regarding our values and vision Contribute to the overall global success of our company.
