Senior Sales Manager Global Industries Are you a visionary sales leader who thrives on transforming business and building high-performing teams?
Iron Mountain is seeking an inspirational and driven Senior Sales Manager for Global Industries to join our regional Sales team! If you have a passion for consultative selling and a track record of driving high-impact commercial results, this is your chance to make a massive difference.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth across Brazil, Argentina, and Chile while building long-term relationships with major global accounts. We are looking for a true commercial influencer—someone who can seamlessly interact with vertical leaders and C-level executives to sell transformative services, BPO, and tech solutions (not just products!). What you will bring to the table:
Deep Expertise: 12+ years of experience in tech sales focused on solutions and services, with a quantitative, achievement-oriented track record.
Strategic Mastery: Extensive experience in consultative sales and a proven track record of managing and growing globally recognized strategic accounts.
Inspirational Leadership: Proven ability in inspirational people leadership, with strong experience managing, recruiting, and developing diverse teams. You must be a champion of cultural transformation.
Language Skills: Advanced, trilingual proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building across the region.
Global Mindset: Strong background in global or multinational companies, with a deep understanding of complex enterprise environments. You will lead a diverse sales team, championing inclusion and mentoring professionals to exceed targets and deliver exceptional consultative sales solutions.
