Sales Director - Financial Services

Gerenciar o crescimento de receita com clientes existentes e por meio de novas soluções de produtos e serviços. Identificar oportunidades de cross sell e up sell dentro da base de clientes. Atuar como líder de vendas e principal ponto de contato da empresa junto aos clientes, coordenando stakeholders internos e externos. Construir relacionamentos estratégicos de longo prazo, compreendendo prioridades, desafios e expectativas dos clientes. Fortalecer o posicionamento e a presença da marca da empresa no Brasil junto a clientes, participantes do mercado e entidades relevantes da indústria. Desenvolver e executar estratégias de contas, incluindo previsão de receitas, gestão de pipeline e definição de planos de crescimento. Garantir a atualização precisa e tempestiva dos dados de clientes no Salesforce, assegurando qualidade das informações. Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com áreas internas como Vendas, Relacionamento com Clientes, Operações, Entrega, Marketing, Jurídico, Financeiro e Desenvolvimento. Acompanhar tendências, notícias e indicadores do setor financeiro e de tecnologia para apoiar o posicionamento de mercado e a estratégia comercial. Realizar demonstrações básicas de produtos e soluções após treinamento adequado.
