ServiceNow Business Analyst (Now Assist AI)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst (Now Assist AI) @ Onsite- Sao Paulo /Londrina, who wants to learn and transform his/her career.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Advanced to Fluent English with the ability to host meetings with US stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in the ServiceNow platform.

• Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven projects.

• Good understanding of ServiceNow Now Assist, Generative AI, and LLM technologies.

• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio.

• Experience building Service Catalogs and business applications.

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow initiatives.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

• Partner with technical teams to deliver ServiceNow and Now Assist AI solutions.

• Provide training and support to end users.

• Maintain documentation, process flows, user guides, and business requirements.

• Coordinate project activities and support successful solution delivery.

• Drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities and AI-powered features.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

• ServiceNow Micro-Certifications.

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).

• ITIL Foundation v4.
