Marketing Analyst

Bachelor s degree in Communication (with Advertising skills), Marketing or Administration. 

Fluent English proficiency, with a strong interest in developing and improving language skills.

Minimum: 1-3 years experience

Experience

• Previous experience in marketing and event;
• Experience in school the same size as EARJ will be a plus.

Technical skils:

• Fluent spoken and written English; will be tested.
• Ability to create and manage effective campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and performance reports.
• Google Workspace.
• Advanced excel

• LIDADES

  • Contributes to planning and execution of the Branding, Communication and Events;

  • Supports the organization of community school wide events, ensuring that they will reflect and promote the school´s purpose, direction, image, pride and spirit.

  Photography and Videography

  • Take photos and videos during school events and activities; 

  • Accompany and assist with photo and filming sessions involving outsourced agencies to ensure quality and adherence to the school s standards;

  • Edit digital images to enhance their presentation and quality.

  Graphic Design

  • Design and update school-wide materials such as brochures, invitations, certificates, and posters;

  • Ensure all graphic projects align with the schools branding guidelines.

  Inventory Management:

  • Control and maintain an organized marketing inventory;

  • Regularly update the stock spreadsheet and ensure accurate tracking of materials;

  • Request and manage the purchase of gifts, marketing, and admissions materials;

  • Receive, organize, and distribute materials as needed;

  • Request and track purchase orders in the system (MXM);

  • Ensure timely procurement of necessary items in accordance with school-wide regulations and policies.
