Technical Recruiter - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We deliver mission-critical solutions to Fortune 500 and government clients across healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector, supported by delivery centers in the United States, Brazil, and Costa Rica. ●As we scale our global delivery organization, we are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter in São Paulo to build the technology and AI delivery teams that power our client engagements. ● This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is energized by sourcing exceptional technical talent against demanding timelines. ●Role SummaryThe opportunity in one lineOwn full-cycle technical recruiting for our São Paulo delivery center, sourcing engineers, AI/automation specialists, and consultants while working U. ●S. ● business hours alongside our U. ●S. ●-based hiring teams and stakeholders. ●Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and close — for technology and AI delivery roles across multiple concurrent requisitions. ●- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates, including software engineers, data and AI/ML specialists, automation consultants, and cybersecurity professionals. ●- Partner closely with U. ●S. ●-based hiring managers and delivery leaders to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and set realistic timelines. ●- Proactively source passive candidates through, job boards, referrals, technical communities, and Boolean search techniques. ●- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, English proficiency, and alignment with TNET’s culture and values. ●- Drive a fast, high-touch candidate experience that reflects TNET’s brand and keeps candidates engaged through to offer acceptance. ●- Maintain accurate, real-time data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular pipeline and metrics reporting to leadership. ●- Manage offer negotiations and coordinate with HR and operations on onboarding for new hires across the Brazil delivery center. ●- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruiting processes to meet aggressive hiring goals in a scaling organization. ●Required Qualifications- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including direct experience recruiting for or working with a U. ●S. ●-based technology company. ●- Proven ability to fill technical and engineering roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. ●- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) sufficient to interview candidates and collaborate daily with U. ●S. ●-based stakeholders. ●- Willingness and ability to work U. ●S. ● business hours (U. ●S. ● Eastern Time) from São Paulo, Brazil. ●- Strong sourcing skills across Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean/X-ray search. ●- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously. ●- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting CRM tools. ●Preferred Qualifications- Experience recruiting for AI, automation, cloud, data, or cybersecurity roles. ●- Familiarity with U. ●S. ● hiring norms, compensation benchmarks, and IT staffing or services models. ●- Background recruiting for a consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environment. ●- Exposure to global or nearshore delivery models spanning multiple countries and time zones. ●- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ●What Success Looks LikeFirst 90 daysYou have established trusted partnerships with U. ●S. ● hiring managers, built active pipelines for our priority technical roles, and delivered qualified candidates against aggressive timelines — all while operating smoothly within U. ●S. ● Eastern Time business hours. ●Why Join TNETAt TNET, recruiting is strategic. ● You will help build the teams that deliver enterprise AI and automation for some of the world’s most demanding clients. ● Our work is guided by the T. ●R. ●U. ●S. ●T. ● Framework — Transparent, Responsible, Unified, Secure, Trusted — the same principles we bring to hiring and to how we treat our people. ● You will join a growing global organization where your impact is visible, your ideas are heard, and your work directly shapes our future. ●.
