Virtual Assistant - Detalhes da Vaga. ● You will be given various tasks to perform, but your major role is to help us with marketing activities for our agency and our clients. ● You will be responsible for helping prepare and launch ads, writing and editing ad copy using tools like ChatGPT and Grammarly, creating Canva designs, editing short videos in CapCut, scheduling posts, preparing reports, crafting personalized outreach messages, downloading and cleaning databases, checking campaign details before launch, and more. ● Full training is provided. ● What matters most is that you are reliable, careful with details, able to follow instructions, and willing to learn. ●This is a full-time role Mon-Fri for 40 hours per week with occasional overtime. ● Work time from 9:30am – 6. ●00pm New York Time (with a 30-minute break). ● You will be working with US clients, but you can live outside of the US; therefore, we would like to have someone in our team who knows American Culture and speaks decent English. ● Experience with appointment setting, understanding a fitness niche and/or having a sales/ business/ marketing background is an advantage. ● The company may offer growth opportunities depending on performance. ●Requirements:Strong English skills, a neutral accent, and familiarity with American culture. ●Commitment to working 9:30am – 6. ●00pm New York Time. ●Excellent communication and organizational skills. ●Passion for digital marketing and a hunger to learn. ●Experience in marketing or fitness is a bonus, but not required. ●Attention to detail is a must (!!!> > When filling out the form, put your postcode as G9999, DO NOT put your real postcode Comfortable working in a small team and picking up other jobs as requiredWhat We Offer:Enjoy long-term stability and 100% remote. ●Join a supportive team. ●Get top-notch training in marketing and beyond. ●Starting at $600/month with performance bonuses as you grow. ●Enjoy weekly payments for financial peace of mind. ●12 paid vacation days per year as part of your total compensation package. ●Growth Opportunities and Full Training. ●Ready to join us?
