About the Opportunity

Lead the architectural evolution of critical enterprise applications supporting essential financial services operations. You will guide modernization, systems integration, and strategic technology initiatives, collaborating with development, infrastructure, database, security, and business teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and sustainable on-premises solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Define, review, and evolve strategic application architectures, aligned with business needs and technology governance.
• Design scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable solutions; establish architectural standards and technical guidance.
• Lead architecture review forums and support strategic technical decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
• Define enterprise integration strategies and support application modernization and legacy transformation.
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, and solutions; identify technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate architecture, security, and governance standards.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture, long-term technology sustainability, and strategic growth and transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

• Advanced English for professional communication.
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Enterprise Software Engineering.
• Strong experience designing enterprise applications in on-premises environments.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise software development and systems integration.
• Experience defining architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with large-scale, business-critical, highly available systems.
• Knowledge of application modernization and legacy environment transformation.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technology and business teams.
• Ability to lead strategic technical decisions and architectural assessments.
• Knowledge of scalable, resilient, and secure architectures.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial institutions, banks, fintechs, insurers, asset managers, or wealth managers, particularly Wealth & Asset Management.
• Previous experience in global consulting firms.
• Hands-on experience modernizing legacy systems.
• Knowledge of middleware, enterprise integration platforms, API ecosystems, and service-oriented architecture.
