We are looking for
Recruitment & Selection Analyst
who wants to learn and transform his career.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and a consultative mindset to support hiring managers in attracting top talent — with a special focus on the inclusion of people with disabilities (PwD).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and an inclusive candidate experienceAct as a business partner to hiring managers, supporting profile alignment and decision-makingExecute sourcing strategies, including active hunting and market mapping for strategic rolesConduct competency-based interviews and provide structured candidate assessmentsHandle mid- to high-complexity roles, including:
Technology: Developers, Data, QA, Architecture, Scrum, ServiceNowBusiness: Business Analysts (Specialist level)Healthcare: Physicians and Pharmacovigilance
Support offer negotiation and hiring closure processesEnsure process organization, SLA compliance, and pipeline managementAct as a diversity and inclusion advocate
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment & SelectionExperience recruiting for technology and strategic rolesProven experience hiring People with Disabilities (PwD)Strong stakeholder management and ability to work autonomouslyBachelor’s degree completedFamiliarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
