Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and recruitment coordination activities;
Conduct market researchand contribute to the development of effective talent acquisition strategies;
Participate in HR projects, including interview training for hiring managers, candidate experience improvement initiatives (cNPS), employer branding activities, and other talent-related programs;
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries and cultures;
Assist with other recruitment-related activities and projects.What We're Looking For:Education & AvailabilityCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Expected graduation date from the second half of 2027 onward.Available to work 30–35 hours per week.Available to work from the office occasionally (approximately one day per week).QualificationsFluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data.Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Interview Process:CV review;
