Data Governance Sfa - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role will serve as a key authority on the Common Information Model (CIM), with a focus on managing and maintaining critical finance master data elements such as Chart of Accounts, Legal Entities, and Business Partner structures. ● Key Responsibilities Drive the data governance strategy across the Finance domain by defining policies, standards, and performance metrics, while continuously improving processes and tools Establish and enforce global standards for finance master data, ensuring consistency and integrity across systems and regions Define ownership structures, roles, and accountability for individuals involved in master data creation and maintenance Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data definitions, standards, workflows, and process guidelines Oversee intake and execution of master data changes such as hierarchies, mappings, and updates, ensuring timely and accurate implementation Facilitate governance forums, capture business requirements, and identify process gaps while recommending and implementing improvements Collaborate with technology teams to enhance and test workflow tools (e. ●G. ●, SAP MDG, PowerApps, SharePoint-based solutions) to strengthen controls and data accuracy Establish robust data quality rules, manage issue resolution workflows, and ensure adherence to governance standards for reliable master data Deliver training programs and materials to ensure awareness and effective adoption of data governance processes Support ongoing finance-related initiatives and respond to ad hoc data and process queries What Our Client Is Looking For Required: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field 36 years of experience in finance, accounting, SAP, or master data governance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, Excel (advanced level), SQL, and Power BI Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Preferred: Exposure to SAP, workflow tools such as MDG, or automation platforms Familiarity with data analytics or transformation tools (Alteryx, KNIME, Python) Understanding of data cataloging or data dictionary tools Interest or awareness in AI/ML applications within data management Experience in process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio .
