Senior Finance Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Finance Manager / Finance BP, Team Lead (a listed MNC heavy machinery company)local hire / Location - Sao Paulo, BrazilResponsibilitiesBusiness Finance SupportUnderstand the company''s business model, cost structure, and profitability in local countryProvide financial insights to support business decisions and strategy execution. ●Budgeting & ForecastingLead annual budget and quarterly forecast processes. ●Track budget performance, analyze variances, and support improvement actions. ●Cost & Profit AnalysisAnalyze project costs, expense structure, and gross margins. ●Identify risks and opportunities; support cost optimization initiatives. ●Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports. ●Build KPI dashboards to support data-driven business management. ●Internal Control & ComplianceEnsure financial processes follow local regulations and group policies. ●Support tax compliance, audit preparation, and vendor compliance checks. ●Cross-functional CollaborationWork with business teams, finance teams, and HQ to support coordination. ●Assist with financial systems, process improvement, and digitalization projects. ●Requirem- entsBachelor''s degree or above; Finance or related major prefer- red. ●Able to use Chinese as a working language to communica- tion6 + years in financial analysis, Finance BP, or management account- ing. ●Fluent in either English OR Portug- ueseKnowledge of financial analysis, cost accounting, and budgeting; experience in manufacturing, engineering, leasing, or large private companies is prefer- red. ●Understanding of local accounting and tax regulati- ons. ●Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. ●.
